Offipyme ?? .... Better that I explain reality to you before it runs over you !!!

My name is Oscar Esteve Boronat, I am a Social Graduate in Torredembarra (Tarragona), tax and accounting advisor, with 18 years of experience, I have created this website with the intention of providing tools for freelancers and SMEs, but in reality there is a path that has led to understanding this reality, here is a summary:

To get to offipyme.es you have to first go through fiscalhelp.es, in March 2010 and after a lot of initial and later continuous work, I created this website, with the intention of making the fiscal management of the Self-Employed closer and easier ( oriented for the simplified Direct Estimation of Personal Income Tax generally), this website worked until the end of 2013, caused many Fridays and even Saturdays until dawn of, arduous, work (especially by the Self-Employed Guide) but also many satisfactions, especially by the feedback that received from users.

I started this project with the hope of helping many people to carry out the dream of progressing professionally and financially, but the passage of time has shown me, sometimes relentlessly, that reality is more complicated than it shows you. the "System", but the good news is that there are strategies to avoid these difficulties that any dream can overcome, with the tenacity and the necessary help.

At present the situation of the self-employed, SMEs and families, in short, is increasingly complicated, the economic situation has become very complicated in the last 20 years, and when it seemed that we were beginning to get out of the pot, this global pandemic appeared, which has further complicated the economic situation, if possible.

Anyone could think that this could have served so that the expectations of the "System", as far as collection is concerned, were relaxed, right? ... Well no, in fact to give an example the collection of the Tax Agency during the hardest years of the crisis continued to increase, and these are data published by the same Administration (careful, we are supposed to have a progressive tax system ???).

This is the reality that can overwhelm you if one believes in that utopia that if we do things well, nothing will happen to us .... In fact, the "System" is perfectly designed so that the middle classes carry the full burden of the STATE In short, they mark a perfectly defined path for you with the intention of directing you to the FARM, yes, I said “FARM”, where they milk us, like docile cows, without stopping, as the wise Robert Kiyosaki said.

For this reason and with the perspective that experience gives me (on too many occasions "the hosts I have received" I intend to propose strategies and tricks for anyone so as not to end up being the lunch of "PAPA ESTADO".
